Healthcare Providers: If you are interested in offering the Precivity™ tests to your patients, please click the link below and follow the steps provided to set-up an account.  You or your administrative staff may also call C₂N at 1.877.C2N.DIAG (226.3424) to discuss setting up an account. Once C₂N receives your information and confirms information about your office, your account will be established and a customer service representative will contact you regarding next steps.
