C₂N Diagnostics is committed to making diagnostic testing more accessible and more affordable for all patients. C₂N Diagnostics recognizes the unique challenges of patients facing various diseases and conditions. We strive to personalize and simplify customer services, including offering those with a demonstrated need a new tiered financial assistance program. On August 14, 2023, C₂N Diagnostics introduced the C₂N Diagnostics Financial Assistance Program that was created to assist patients of limited financial means or other similar hardships to obtain access to testing for those that have or may have neurological diseases.
The C₂N Diagnostics Financial Assistance Program is focused on providing patient-centric customer service.

Healthcare Provider
C₂N Diagnostics Customer Service Department strives to provide personalized services to assist you with this process.
Personal Service - A team of dedicated personnel is available to support patients via phone and email from the time a test is ordered through the entire billing cycle. We seek to provide answers for our patients and work proactively with their healthcare provider.
Letters of Medical Necessity - We will work with healthcare provider practices on test selection options to balance costs and clinical value. Additionally, we will forward their letters of medical necessity to the patient’s insurance company to obtain determination of patient financial responsibility.
Billing Support - We will bill a patient’s insurance and file appeals as appropriate, and maintain a partnership with the healthcare provider’s office staff supporting the approval process.
Together, we designed these services to provide the patient, the family and the healthcare provider greater transparency and support as important choices are made about testing.
Financial Assistance Support
C₂N supports all patients and healthcare providers through
all steps of the process
C₂N Diagnostics Financial Assistance Program is based on certain demonstrated limited income, with financial solutions based on federally published income guidelines to any insured or uninsured patient who qualifies financially and has a balance that exceeds $50.
Note: Financial assistance does not apply if your insurance provider decides that you owe less than $50. C₂N Diagnostics Financial Assistance Program will not reduce the amount you owe if it is already less than $50.
Patients who DO NOT QUALIFY for C₂N Diagnostics Financial Assistance Program are in any of these four groups:
Patients who have incomes that are more than eight times the federally established poverty level income guidelines
Patients who owe less than $50
Patients who do not complete, sign, and return the financial assistance application
Patients who do not provide an Explanation of Benefits (EOB) and/or payment when these are received directly from their insurance provider
